Mooi hoor, zeker die bekende achtergrond van het Martinair gebouw. Kan me herinneren dat je vroeger beneden ergens in de terminal een lijst kon ophalen van de verwachte vluchten van die dag, met type en regi, dan pas naar de baan 👍

Klopt. Bij de informatiebalie. Een blauwe lijst en een gele lijst. Het kleurverschil zat 'm in arrivals en departures. Eerst ff langs de infobalie en dan hup...naar de baan.

In 1988 the Northwest stuff was zero. That started a year later with one DC-10 a day. In the Eighties only Panam and TWA were operating flights towards AMS.
But I believe in 1989 I shot my first Northwest DC-10 at AMS.

The good old days.
Toen was Schiphol nog interessant, gave foto's en goeie kwaliteit, zeker voor die tijd!
Tegenwoordig wordt schiphol alleen maar stiller en stiller met de A320Neo, 737Max (ooit), a350 en dergelijke.
Ook de variatie is veel minder...
